Rita Carson Guest, FASID President/Director of Design
Rita’s love of design is based on her love of people. Her goal is to improve lives by designing beautiful and healthy spaces. Entering a room or space she designed, you notice the balance and a myriad of details that make the experience seem both unique and an artistic composition, inspiring wellness and creativity. The details are seen in the architectural finesse, the blend of finishes, the lighting design, and the furnishings, including her beautifully curated art.
Rita’s career began with a focus on law office design. Alston & Bird LLP was one of her early clients. She created the firm’s offices when the firm was first formed. They continue as a valued client today after 43 years.
John F. Guest, Allied Member Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
As the firm’s COO, John is responsible for design support services and systems development to ensure that Carson Guest leads in client service quality. He is active in project oversight, programming, purchasing, and research as well as managing the firm’s continuing education program. John also serves as the principal in charge or project manager on some projects.
