Having outgrown previous space with employees in three separate buildings, Rainmaker’s co-founders, Bruce Barfield and Tammy Farley, wanted to bring everyone under one roof to foster creativity and teamwork. “Our goal was to design an office that was not only attractive and inviting, but also one suited for collaborative processes in developing our revenue management solutions,” said Bruce Barfield, President of The Rainmaker Group. “We wanted our new space to be comfortable and facilitate spontaneous innovative creativity among our scientists and developers. At the same time, we wanted offices to warmly welcome clients to our new home. Carson Guest struck this balance perfectly.”

With its sleek, contemporary design and state-of-the-art communications technology, the newly-renovated Alston & Bird law firm in Atlanta is on the cutting edge of modern office design. They asked for a contemporary, plus, plus space. Carson Guest transformed the 365,419 square feet of space into a functional and sustainable 21st century law office.
The firm wanted the top three floors to be converted to a signature space consisting of a reception area, conference rooms, a dining area, and a mock court room. In keeping with the contemporary design, rows of curved metal ceiling clouds were suspended above a videoconference room and a dining area. The unique design garnered the 2015 CISCA Construction Excellence Award.
